Return & Refund Policy
To return an item, please e-mail us first with the Subject line “Return Item(s) Request” and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number, we will ship back the item(s) and all shipping costs will be charged to the customers.
All return item(s) MUST BE in new and unused condition (NO scratch or any damages) with original packaging, including all warranty cards and manuals. Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
In principle, we will not accept any returns by personal reason and Special order items (i.e. All Housing, except due to manufacturing error). All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt payment or 7 days from the date of merchandises received and additional shipping fees will be applied to customers.
In cases where there is a shipment error, please let us know within 7 days from the date of item(s) received. We will resend the replacement item(s) once we receive the wrong item(s) from you or we confirmed the error. All shipping costs will be paid by us in this case.
If there is a loss or damage of and insured item(s) during shipping, please e-mail us as soon as possible.
All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
In the event of dispute, the decision of Marinetone.com shall be final and conclusive.
All items we sold are NOT refundable.
