In Principle, all orders will be shipped by EMS (Shipped by FedEx or DHL if requested by customer). In the shipping cart the shipping cost will be indicated when you checked out (the shipping cost will be shown in EMS cost only, for customers who preferred the item(s) is shipped by DHL/FedEx, please e-mail us in advanced). The shipping cost may not include any additional charges. (i.e. insurance)
All merchandises will be shipped within 3-5 working days once we received your order confirmation and payment. When your order is shipped we will send you the tracking number via e-mail. Items can be tracked by visiting the Post EMS website or your country's EMS website. The shipping and insurance fees will depend on the weight and value of the item(s) and you will be informed accordingly.
We can only ship the order to the billing address for the credit card being used. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or an address other than the billing address. Additional Personal Information of customers may need for verification needed.
Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees .Any charges imposed by your country's import laws will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery or collection. We welcome our customer provides us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate (if applicable).
For all special order items, as we may not have stock, it may take a longer delivery time. Please contact us in advanced for the expected delivery time.
In the event of order are returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or parcel refused by recipient, we will not charge you any restocking fee. However, if we re-ship the orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, customers have to pay the re-shipping fee.
