Q&A (Terms of Service)

1.    How can I order?

- You can either search your items by category or simply just click on the logo of the Brand, and you'll retrieve a list of items to browse. Register as a Marinetone.com member if you are first time customer. It’s FREE.

Once you found the item you needed, add those products to your shopping cart. Click “check out” when you finish shopping and please enter your delivery details and shipping method. After the payment is settled we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order information and the order number.

 

 

2.    Which payment method will be accepted?
-We accept PAYPAL only. Registration of PayPal is free and easy. Make secure online payments without sharing customer financial information. By using PayPal, you can pay by credit card or debit cards and bank transfers. Please visit PayPal's official website for detailed information on how to create an account and make payments.

For mainland Chinese Customer, if you would like to settle the payment by alipay(支付寶), please contact us by info@marinetone.com proir your order.
 

3.    Is there any sales tax included in the price?

- Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, orders may subject to duty, customs, import fees, VAT charges or additional taxes when the items(s) arrives the shipping destination. It is different from each countries laws or condition.   

 

Marinetone.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate (If applicable). We suggest customer contacts your local customs agency and ask for information about these potential charges.

 

We will not refund to customers who do not receive shipments because they have refused to pay the costs and additional charges may apply.

4.    How much is the shipping fee?

-The shipping and insurance cost will depend on the weight and value of the item(s). For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

 

5.    Will you accept international order?

-Yes, international order will be processed. (Except some specific countries)

 

6.    What I can do if I want to cancel the order?

-In case you want to cancel your order, please email us info@marinetone.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Please include all the information including your full name, the order number and also please provide your contact number.

If the merchandise has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order and you will have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges.

For Special Order Items (i.e. Housing and Ports) is non-cancelable.

 

7.    What I have to do if the item I ordered is out of stock?

-In case the item(s) you ordered is out of stock or no long in stock, we will send you an email to inform you as soon as possible.

 

8.    What I have to do if I place the wrong order?

-If you order the wrong item please email us immediately to cancel the order.

 

9.    What I have to do if I found any damage in delivery or any defective merchandise?

-Before we ship the item(s), we will check the merchandise(s) are in new and good condition and we package carefully. In case of any damage in delivery or any defective merchandise please e-mail to us at once and please keep all the packages for reference.

 

10. How can I return an item?

-Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

11. Can I refund or exchange an item?

-All items we sell are NOT refundable. For exchange an item, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
